What is Neuday?

Neuday is a personalized health and longevity platform that turns your goals into a clear, fully trackable plan across exercise, sleep, nutrition, and stress. Instead of rigid programs or one-size-fits-all advice, Neuday gives you an adaptive protocol built around your schedule and capacity, designed to support daily follow-through and evolve with you over time.

Who is Neuday for?

Neuday is for people who want a smarter, science-backed approach to long-term health and are tired of rigid plans they cannot sustain. If you want a personalized system that fits real life and adapts as your circumstances change, Neuday was built for you.

How does Neuday work?

You will start with a short onboarding assessment where we learn about your goals, preferences, lifestyle and limitations. Neuday’s AI-powered protocol engine then builds a personalized longevity blueprint grounded in evidence-based habits. Once you connect Apple Health, much of your protocol can be tracked automatically through your favorite wearable. You can approve your plan or fully customize it by swapping, removing, or adding habits at any time.

How do I set up my Neuday profile?

Getting started is simple. After creating your account, you will complete a short onboarding assessment covering your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and limitations. Based on your responses, Neuday generates your personalized protocol, which you can review, edit, and start using immediately.

Does Neuday provide medical advice?

No. Neuday is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Neuday is designed to support healthy behavior change using evidence-based habits. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Does Neuday offer a free trial?

Yes. If you join the waitlist before launch, you will receive an extended free trial when Neuday launches in March 2026. After launch, we will offer a 7-day free trial for all new customers.

How are Neuday protocols personalized?

Every Neuday protocol is intelligently designed around your unique combination of goals, capacity, lifestyle, and limitations. Our AI-powered system analyzes these inputs and, using only evidence-based modalities and habits, builds a longevity protocol tailored specifically to you. There are no generic templates or one-size-fits-all plans. You have full control to edit your plan at any time so it stays relevant and sustainable.

Do I need wearables or lab tests?

Wearables are optional. Neuday works fully without a wearable, but if you use Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, or Garmin, Neuday can integrate for automated tracking and deeper insights. We do not require or upsell lab tests, supplements, or devices.

Can Neuday connect with Apple Health or other apps?

Yes. Neuday connects with Apple Health to automatically track your activity, sleep, and other key health data. If you use a wearable like Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin, or Oura, simply make sure it is syncing with Apple Health so Neuday can read that data seamlessly. We recommend enabling Apple Health to unlock automated tracking and deeper personalization.

Why am I not seeing all my habits, sessions, or practices tracked automatically?

Some habits and activities can be tracked automatically through Apple Health or connected devices, while others require manual logging. Neuday is designed to combine automated tracking with simple manual check-ins. If a habit shows “Apple Health Synced” in its container, it will be tracked automatically. If not, you can quickly mark it complete by swiping left on the habit or tapping it to open the details and swiping to complete.

Can I change or remove habits from my protocol?

Yes. Your protocol is fully customizable. You can add, remove, or swap habits at any time to better fit your schedule and capacity. To make changes, go to the Plan tab, select the pillar and habit you want to adjust, then tap the ellipsis menu on the habit to edit or remove it.

How much does it cost?

Neuday One membership is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, which saves 16.6 percent. Your membership includes full access to your personalized protocol, integrated daily health tracking, and ongoing protocol customization. All at a fraction of the cost of coaching or managing multiple health apps. You can cancel at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Does Neuday offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of starting your subscription. No questions asked. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Neuday uses encrypted storage and follows industry-standard security protocols to ensure your personal information is protected at all times.

Who owns my data?

You do. We believe your health data should always stay under your control. Neuday will never sell your information, and you can access, update, or permanently delete your data anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time directly from your account settings.

I can’t access my account. What should I do?

First, make sure the email address or phone number you are using is associated with your Neuday account. Then, request a new one-time passcode (OTP) and check your inbox or messages. If you still can’t access your account, contact our support team at support@neuday.io. and we’ll help you get back in.

How do I check or update my Apple Health permissions?

Open the Apple Health app, tap your profile icon, select Apps, then choose Neuday. From there, make sure all relevant permissions are enabled. Changes may take a short time to reflect in Neuday.

Why does my wearable data look different in Neuday than in my wearable app?

Neuday pulls data from Apple Health or your connected platform, not directly from your wearable’s app. Differences can occur due to sync timing, data averaging, or how metrics are calculated across platforms.

I’m not receiving my one-time passcode (OTP). What should I do?

Make sure the email address or phone number you entered is associated with your Neuday account. Check your spam, junk, or SMS filter folders, and ensure your device has a stable internet connection. If you still do not receive the code after requesting a new one, contact support at support@neuday.io.

Where can I get help or contact support?

If you have general questions, need help with your account, or want to report an issue, you can submit a request through our Contact Support Form. Our team typically responds within 1–3 business days. If you’d like to share product ideas or suggest new features, you can also submit them through our Canny board.
